ICOPED holds the International Conference on Cooperatives (ICOOP) every three years as part of its commitment and advocacy to promote national and global cooperative development. Since its establishment in 2010, ICOPED had already organized four academic conferences on cooperatives – three international conferences in 2012, 2015 and 2018 and one national conference in 2013. The conferences aim to provide venue for exchange of knowledge and ideas and sharing of success stories and best practices of cooperatives and related enterprises and organizations.
